The Roztyly Plaza office building has been completed and approved. It will welcome its first tenants in the spring

In March, the Passerinvest Group completed the new Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 11, right next to the Roztyly metro station. The project has thus newly expanded the Prague office market by 21,700 sqm of latest-generation offices, of which only half are currently available. The building offers 1600 m2 of retail units on the ground floor. It will be occupied from April by a modern cafeteria with a café named Perfect Canteen, a pharmacy and a shop specialising in drones, for example. In addition to easy transport accessibility, the project has a great advantage in its extensive connection with nature thanks to the close proximity of Krč Forest and the Nové Roztyly urban park. The studio Aulík Fišer architekti is behind the architectural design of Roztyly Plaza.

The comfortable transport accessibility and arrangement of a sufficient number of parking spaces was also a basic condition. We wanted Roztyly Plaza not only to support the efficiency of the employees working in the building, but also to offer them a place to relax while promoting a healthy lifestyle. The architecturally attractive and grandly conceived Roztyly Plaza building offers tenants a number of pleasant benefits. These include, for example, a rooftop terrace with greenery, a relaxation zone, Wi-Fi coverage and a beautiful view of Prague and Krč Forest, a grand entrance atrium with relaxation nooks and water elements, and a modern Filip Sajler – Perfect Canteen cafeteria with a café.
