The expert jury has nominated Baar Residential Park for Best Residential Project in the 15th Annual Best of Realty contest

This housing complex, developed by the PASSERINVEST GROUP, consists of three separate apartment buildings surrounding a contemporary atrium with a pleasant garden with water features for the exclusive use of residents. Each building has a separate entrance from both the street and the adjacent Baar Park. Entrances to the complex are protected with a key card system – the residents’ safety and tranquility are ensured by a 24-hour reception with security guard and surveillance cameras located both aboveground and in the underground garage.

Although the project is 80% sold, you can still choose from a wide selection of apartments ranging in size from 2+kk to spacious 6+kk.
