THE BALANCE CLUB BRUMLOVKA BEGINS SELLING MEMBERSHIP

We are delighted to announce that the membership of the Balance Club Brumlovka is now on sale. This modern wellness and fitness club is located in the Brumlovka building within the BB Centrum scheme in Michle, and is scheduled for opening on 2 April 2006. The Sales and Client Centre has been open since 1 November, the aim being to provide you with all the information about the Club and the membership purchase conditions. In addition, the first applicants are offered attractive discounts on the membership fees.

The Balance Club Brumlovka is a modern wellness and fitness club which has been designed to offer top-quality service, an individualized approach to its members, state-of-the-art equipment as well as a friendly atmosphere. We are committed to providing high-quality services that compare favourably with those offered by top clubs anywhere in the world. At the same time, the Club will reflect the latest trends in wellness and fitness in addition to the latest news on a healthy lifestyle. “Our aim is to provide you with a great place to play sports as well as rest and relax. We are committed to forming a sports club which offers top quality service, an individualized approach to its members as well as state-of-the-art equipment,” says PhDr. Jan Vrabec, CSc., General Manager of the Club.

In addition to classic forms of aerobics, spinning lessons and other traditional disciplines, the Balance Club Brumlovka intends to provide lessons designed for small groups and focused on the prevention of those illnesses inherent in modern life: training in cardio zones, weight control, stress management, correction of muscle imbalances and other above-standard instructional programmes. The first-class facilities include fitness, cardio and aqua zones, along with a 25-metre swimming pool, steam baths and a sauna. The above-standard services can be exemplified by performance diagnostics, individual result-focused exercise programmes, nutrition and diet counselling, a children’s playing area as well as many other amenities. “The intention of the Club is not only to stimulate your interest in fitness or to improve your sporting performance, but, more importantly, to facilitate an increase in your quality of life, the removal of stress and the achievement of physical and mental harmony. In view of this, your visits to the Club will gradually become an eagerly awaited and necessary part of your daily life,” added David Huf, Marketing and Sports Manager.

The Balance Club Brumlovka will follow the worldwide trend towards club membership. Regular fees paid on a monthly basis, the acceptance and internalization of the Club rules along with regular attendance are vital prerequisites for the stable standard of services and the guaranteed quality of all our equipment. However, this standard of service depends not only on the state-of-the-art facilities, but also on the quality of staff and continuous improvement in the range of services and sports equipment.

The Balance Club Brumlovka will be the essential component of Brumlovka which, while having three basements and three above ground stories, will cover a total area of 5,000 square metres. The largest portion of the second floor as well as the whole area of the third floor (with a swimming pool) will house the Club. In addition, one part of the roof includes a plaza deck with a Japanese sauna and a sun deck which will be an ideal place for rest and relaxation.

The Sales and Client Centre of the Balance Club Brumlovka can be found in Building Beta, BB Centrum, Prague 4, Michle, next to the Hacienda Mexicana restaurant.

PASSERINVEST GROUP, a. s.

Passerinvest Group (hereinafter Passerinvest) is a purely Czech builder and investor. The company was founded by Radim Passer back in 1991 and has since then acquired a lot of experience in the construction of office and commercial buildings, residential buildings and civic amenities.
Since 1998, Passerinvest, as a responsible urban developer, has primarily been connected with Brumlovka (BB Centrum) in Prague 4, which is one of the most successful and extensive urban projects not only in the Czech Republic, but throughout all of Europe. Another important project in the company’s portfolio is Nové Roztyly, a brownfield of the former slaughterhouses of the Interlov complex where, in the future, a place with pleasant housing with a large park should arise, complemented by services for the general public and an office function. The principles of urban construction and the long-term sustainable development of Prague and the Czech Republic are part of Passerinvest Group’s vision. Thanks to its responsible approach, Passerinvest has built a very good reputation both on a domestic and on an international level. This is not only to the credit of the quality of the realised projects and the high level of the provided services, but also to the sense of fair play, a customer approach and also its responsibility to the society and the environment.
