REFRESH YOUR BODY: A NEW WELLNESS AND FITNESS CLUB HAS OPENED IN PRAGUE!
Today sees the opening of a new leading fitness and wellness centre, Balance Club Brumlovka. The club is located in Building Brumlovka, on the premises of the BB Centrum shopping and office park in Prague 4 – Michle. With its state-of-the-art equipment, high quality service, an individual approach to clients and a congenial atmosphere, our facility is committed to taking a privileged position on the market and inviting comparison to similar clubs in Europe. It will also be a place where you can obtain information about the latest trends in wellness and fitness in addition to the latest news on a healthy lifestyle.
The Balance Club Brumlovka is spread over an area of 4,000 square metres. The facilities include cardio and fitness zones equipped with a fascinating mix and number of the top-of-the-range STAR TRAC ® machines, two large, fully air-conditioned aerobic halls and a spinning hall. Visitors are also invited to use an aqua zone and a relaxation zone, where a 25-metre swimming pool can be found in addition to a whirlpool, saunas and steam baths. The sun deck with a Japanese sauna is an icing on the cake. .
Truly unique in the Czech Republic, the Balance Club Brumlovka is based on certain principles of club membership, which reflects a growing trend emerging in each of the leading clubs anywhere in the world. The Balance Club Brumlovka is open for its members seven days a week, from Monday to Friday between 6.30 am and 10 pm and at weekends from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm.
