Passerinvest Group launches the sale of flats in the new Rezidence Oliva project

At the beginning of this year, the PASSERINVEST concern began the construction of a new residential building with 72 flats: Rezidence Oliva. The architecturally exceptional building is going up close to Brumlovka Park in the residential part of Prague 4 – Michle. The completion of the construction is planned for the end of 2022. A smaller building with the name Olivka, which offers spaces for a preschool, café with outdoor seating and a unique display of a model railway, will be built in the vicinity together with this project.

The new compactly-conceived building offers modern housing in a locality with full civic amenities and wonderful transportation accessibility, as well as an abundance of peace and privacy thanks to the parks and surrounding greenery. The architectural design by the atelier A69 – architekti evokes the shape of an olive, according to which the building got its name. The heart of the building will be a grand atrium with greenery, a glass roof and panoramic lifts, which also create a natural meeting space for the building’s inhabitants.

The façade of opaque but translucent glass panels in a combination with the matte glass railing ensures the users of the building a high degree of privacy when relaxing on their balconies, while also not taking away any of the luminous comfort in the flats. The private outdoor environment of the flats will go hand in hand with the social aspect of the interior space of the building, which offers an airy, well-lit, wood-cladded space complemented by an interior garden with trees enriching the route through the building to the flat. Thus, the path through the building’s common spaces will become an experience, not a day-to-day necessity,” stated Boris Redčenkov, the author of the architectural design from the atelier A69 – architekti, describing the building’s vision.

The building, with eight storeys and three underground levels, offers a total of 72 flats and non-residential space on the ground floor. The flats have layouts of from one to four rooms with kitchenettes and range in size from 32 to 119 m2. Each of them has a balcony or terrace, a spacious cellar and one of a total of 84 underground parking spots. All the necessary information on the individual flats, the standards, the locality and the necessary contacts are available on the project’s website rezidenceoliva.cz. Those interested in the flats can book a meeting in advance in the Rezidence Oliva Showroom, which is located in the shopping passage of the Brumlovka building (Vyskočilova 1100/2, Prague 4).

The neighbouring Olivka building, which provides the necessary facilities for Brumlovka Park and offers spaces for a preschool, café with outdoor seating, and above all a unique model railway spread over an area of 112 m2 that faithfully depicts part of the Swiss Alps, will be available to more than just the residents. With the construction of both the buildings, Oliva and Olivka, their surrounding public space will be improved with the addition of urban greenery and it will be easier to pass through the locality.

“Our goal is to create a fully-fledged city district from this locality. People will find a place to live and work here along with a school and preschool for their children, parks, playgrounds, sports facilities and shops and services. Plus, we will constantly be taking care of the entire neighbourhood, modernising it and making it more pleasant with the regular planting of greenery and the building of new public spaces. In addition to this, we also offer several interesting cultural, sports and educational events, which are available free of charge for the general public. The meaning of our work is for people to live and work here happily. I thank the Lord that we can realise such an architecturally exceptional project here that will expand the offer of comfortable housing in Brumlovka,” summarised Radim Passer, the founder and CEO of Passerinvest Group, a.s.
