We asked the representatives of the companies that are tenants in the BETA building the same question: "Why did you choose the BB Centre or the Beta building as the headquarters of your firm?"

Hacienda Mexicana Group, a. s.
Hacienda Mexicana is a chain of restaurants operated by the franchising method, which you will find in Prague, Brno, České Budějovice, Český Krumlov, Pardubice, Zlín, Ostrava and in Bratislava. Originally these buildings were constructed and presented as Mexican Haciendas, i.e. both the selection of dishes and the appearance of the interior were in Mexican style. At the present moment we are trying for a considerable alteration in our menu. We want to offer change and a more varied range. From the originally Mexican Hacienda we are moving to the style known throughout the world as "fusion cuisine", promoting the greater interconnection of world cuisines. This means that even in our Mexican-style restaurant there will be a range of Indian, Thai, Czech or vegetarian dishes. This also means a change in the manner of serving and decoration, the use of more raw materials and greater variety in general. We hope in this way to attract a greater range of people. In the premises of the Beta building of the BB Centre we would like to present ourselves as a modern gastronomic facility capable of reacting to specific requirements, based on the needs of the customers working in these modern administrative buildings. More about the company on www.mexicana.cz.
"The buildings of the BB Centre were and are both an attraction and a challenge for the operator of a gastronomic facility. On the one hand one can expect a sufficient number of customers coming to the restaurant for instance for business talks or just for refreshment. On the other hand the expected demands of these customers will verify the quality of every provider of services. In any case we are prepared to respond to this challenge to the best of our ability… and we firmly believe that we will be successful," says Jiří Jaško, owner of the firm of Hacienda Mexicana Group, a.s.

"In the selection of new premises we required – as in the case of our other buildings – this should be a modern environment for our employees and our customers. Although at the moment we are based in four different places, all the localities, including the BB Centre, have easy transport links with one another. The BB Centre is, in our opinion, also seen as a place where important firms in the sphere of information and communication technologies have their head offices," says Aziz Jahič, marketing communication manager of the firm of STROM telecom.

"In the search for new premises there were three key parameters for our company – the technological quality and equipment of the building, transport access for employees and also, last but not least, a "good address". BB Centre Beta was the best selection for us with regard to these three criteria. Also very attractive for us is the interesting concentration of our big customers (Eurotel, GE Money Bank) and partners (Microsoft, HP).
