BRUMLOVKA SHOPPING AND SPORTS CENTRE OPENS!
Construction of Brumlovka began in February 2005. The building offers 5,000 square metres of rentable area, as well as 190 parking places, spread over three above ground floors and three basements. It is located in the middle of the pedestrian precinct in Vyskočilova Street, surrounded by the office buildings, Alpha, Beta and Gamma.
The first basement houses Brumlovka Car Wash. A shopping mall has been developed on the ground floor of Brumlovka. Here visitors to the building have an opportunity to make a choice between an Italian restaurant or a vegetarian restaurant, Ristorante Pizzeria Grosseto and Maranatha respectively, both of which have a summer and winter garden. In addition, Italian delicatessen will be available in a BIANCO & ROSSO. And why not have a cup of coffee or a cocktail in the PIT STOP CAFÉ then? Golf enthusiasts as well as other sports players will appreciate a simulator, aboutGolf, complete with a UniGOLF accessories and a NIVO Sport sportswear shop. In addition, the ground floor provides spaces for a post office, a Kvítko Rebeca florist a DON PEALO newsagent/tobacconist’s and a Novus optician. The second above ground floor houses a Hair and Beauty Studio BOMTON®, a Fairy Story playing area as well as the wellness and fitness centre, Balance Club Brumlovka.
The other part of the second above ground floor, together with the whole area of the third above ground floor, belongs to the wellness and fitness club, Balance Club Brumlovka. The club members are offered first-class facilities, including fitness and cardio zones, as well as an aqua zone with a twenty-five-metre swimming pool, steam baths, a whirlpool and other amenities. Besides classical programmes, such as spinning and a variety of aerobic exercises, you can take up modern sports in the club, with BOSU as an example. The club also provides lessons focused on the prevention of those illnesses inherent in modern life, special training, weight control, stress management, correction of muscle imbalances and other above-standard instructional programmes. The roof also invites everybody to relax, with a Japanese sauna and a sun deck.

The scheme has been developed and funded by BB C Nová Brumlovka, a joint venture of PASSERINVEST GROUP and MULTIPROJEKT GROUP. The design has been prepared by Jan Aulík, BB Centrum project architect, studio Aulík Fišer architekti. The general contractor is Metrostav; the financing bank was HVB Bank.
