UniCredit Bank and UniCredit Leasing – Nová Karolina Park’s newest tenants
Nová Karolina Park, a modern office building in the large multifunctional complex Nová Karolina in Ostrava, has secured another tenant – UniCredit Bank together with UniCredit Leasing will open branches here.
The UniCredit Bank and UniCredit Leasing branches, located on the ground and first floors of Nová Karolina Park, will occupy a total area of 987 m2. In early March, bank employees will move to their new offices and the bank branch will open. The UniCredit Leasing offices will follow shortly thereafter.
The project developer of Nová Karolina, located near Masaryk Square in the center of Ostrava, is a joint venture between PASSERINVEST GROUP, Gemo Olomouc and Multi Development Czech Republic. The project covers an area of 32 hectares and offers not only a shopping and entertainment center, but also modern new offices and apartments. Current tenants include companies such as Česká spořitelna and ABB ČR.
About Nová Karolina Park project
The Nová Karolina Park office building is comprised of six storeys offering nearly 24,600 m2 of prime office space, plus a ground floor featuring 3,700 m2 of space suitable for shops, services and dining. The subterreanean level provides 280 parking spaces intended for building users.
Nová Karolina Park has been certified by BREEAM, the prestigious British certification methodology for green buildings. The architectural design of the project is by Vít Máslo and David R. Chisholm of CMC Architects. The general contractor is Gemo Olomouc.
Those interested in the project can visit a 64 m2 showroom set up by the developer in cooperation with TECHO, a leading manufacturer and supplier of office furniture.
