The club is located in the architecturally unique Building Brumlovka, which has 5,000 square metres of total area spread over three floors. This sports centre is a great place to do vigorous workouts as well as rest and relax. It is open seven days a week, from 6:30 to 22:00 on Mondays through Fridays, and from 8:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. “Everybody needs some physical exercises as well as rest and relax. Some of the benefits of the club membership system are explained by Daniel Grafnetr, Operations and Marketing Manager of the club: “What sets the club apart from similar facilities is its individualised approach to clients. Each of the members undergoes an initial diagnostic examination. Together with them, we will assess their overall condition and develop a programme aimed to achieve ideal goals, taking into account their age, fitness and gender. We provide a wide range of lessons designed for small groups and focused on the prevention of illnesses inherent in modern life, special training programmes, weight control, stress management, correction of muscle imbalances and other above-standard instructional programmes. As a chip system is introduced everywhere in the club, from changing room lockers to the bar, there is no need for our members to take cash with them. Moreover, they are naturally provided with a towel, bath towel, a dressing gown or a sheet when going to the aqua zone.”
