The construction of the Roztyly Plaza office building has progressed to its final stage; Its cladding and internal installation are being completed and the surrounding area is being modified;

The new Roztyly Plaza office building, which is being built in Prague 11 right next to the Roztyly metro station, has entered the final phase of construction; Work is now underway on the completion of the external cladding and the extensive glazing of the skylight, which will provide daylight to the inner atrium; Inside the building, technological equipment is being installed. The sidewalks around the building were modified, rainwater catchment systems were installed and the existing asphalt was replaced with low-noise asphalt; New bus stops or, for example, the planting of the roof terrace with greenery are also planned; When completed, early next year, the building will add 21,700 sqm of latest generation office space to the market, almost half of which is already let, 1,600 sqm2 retail units on the ground floor, with planned uses for a grocery, pharmacy, or drugstore, all complemented by a modern cafeteria. The architectural design of the building was created by Aulík Fišer architekti, the investor of the entire project is Koncern Passerinvest.

The construction of the seven-storey Roztyly Plaza office building reached its highest point in May, when the monolithic structure was completed; Within the rooftop residence terrace, which will be used by tenants for informal business meetings, relaxation zones and spaces for future planting of greenery are now being created; For maximum comfort of stay on the terrace will be equipped with facilities for preparing snacks, barbecue, but also a separate toilet; The whole surroundings of the building are also being generously treated, where new pavement surfaces are being implemented and preparations are being made for the installation of new bus stop shelters; A voluminous storage tank and a pipe retention system will also be installed to capture rainwater for its subsequent use for irrigation of the surrounding greenery;

The Roztyly Plaza building, in addition to a pleasant working environment, offers underground parking for 330 vehicles, incl; Preparations for charging stations for electromobility and 100 P+R parking spaces. Sports-oriented employees will certainly welcome the bicycle facilities for cyclists, because Roztyly Plaza is located on the main Prague – right-bank cycle path connecting the whole of Prague;
