MOMENTO: New in the DELTA Building

MOMENTO Restaurant has opened yet another Prague branch in the DELTA Building in BB Centre in Prague 4. The DELTA Building now offers its tenants, their employees, and the general public a new dining option at BB Centrum. The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

MOMENTO DELTA, the full name of the restaurant, offers a menu by renowned chef Martin Jiskra, who gained a wide range of experience not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. In the past, he cooked for members of the Kuwaiti royal family, and is now, among other things, manager of the National Team of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic and a member of the French professional association Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. In addition to Czech classics, the restaurant’s menu also features more exotic dishes, grilled dishes, as well as two kinds of soup and a salad bar.

“As well as finding tenants for the new DELTA Building, we also conducted a search for the right company to operate a restaurant. The important thing for us was to find a restaurant that offers foods that suit our tenants and BB Centrum visitors, and whose design fits into the modern concept of the building. One of the main reasons why we chose MOMENTO was their way of putting together a menu that adapts to the tastes of its customers,” said Ing. Štěpán Smrčka, sales manager of the DELTA project for PASSERINVEST GROUP.

We currently have three MOMENTO restaurants in Prague, but MOMENTO DELTA is our largest location. We prepare two thousand lunches daily, using high quality, fresh ingredients. We also offer a breakfast menu, and throughout the day, customers can stop by for a light snack at our salad bar or from our ready-to-eat section, which includes organic foods,” said Jan Valeš, Sales and Marketing Director of JLV, a.s., operator of MOMENTO. 

The DELTA Building, a project by leading Czech developer and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP, was chosen by two of the most important multinational IT companies – Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft – as their new headquarters. At present, Hewlett-Packard has begun its migration into the building.
