Foundation Stone Ceremony of the Residential Park Baarova
The foundation stone ceremony is a significant occasion in the history of every building. This important event was attended by Radim Passer, Chairman of the Board, PASSERINVEST GROUP, Václav Černý, Sales Manager, PASSERINVEST GROUP, Jiří Pech, Member of the Board, PSJ, along with architects David Richard Chisholm and Jan Hřebíček, CMC architects. The construction was commenced on 19 July 2010 and it is due for completion in November 2011.
“I am grateful to The Lord that we could begin the construction of the Residential Park Baarova development in accordance with our time schedule. This development will offer the excellent quality and comfortable living at an attractive address, in completed sections of BB Centrum, complete with excellent transport access to the city centre as well as the outer extremities,” says Radim Passer.
The Residential Park Baarova is a modern development consisting of 139 apartments which – being characterized by the attributes of style, comfort and safety – boasts extremely easy access and excellent service facilities. Aside from the many shops and services, whose range will be soon further extended in the new FILADELFIE shopping arcade, there are numerous restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity, along with a wellness and fitness club, Balance Club Brumlovka. In addition to a green heaven known as Baar Park, which is immediately adjacent to the residential development, it also has health care facilities, a children’s playground, a multipurpose playground, a kindergarten and basic school, as well as the Community Centre, which opened last year. All of these amenities enhance the quality of life in the housing development.
CMC architects studio is behind the architectural concept of the Residential Park Baarova; the general contractor is PSJ and the financing bank is UniCredit Bank.
