CZECH DEVELOPER PASSERINVEST GROUP CELEBRATES 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF ITS FOUNDING

Comprised of 15 completed buildings, spread over a total area of 200,000 square metres, this complex, where dozens of domestic and foreign companies have established their offices, has created approximately 10,000 vacancies. The total investment in the construction of BB Centrum has thus far reached CZK 11 billion, including over CZK 1.05 of non-profit investment. The BB Centrum development also includes a top-of-the-range fitness and wellness club, known as Balance Club Brumlovka, a community centre with a Christian nursery school and primary school, along with a generously designed, Baar Park with a big fountain.

By no means are the aforementioned figures final. “We are planning to complete another office structure, Building G, at the BB Centrum complex very soon – during the year 2013, God willing. However, this project will not bring the development of the site to an end either because, for example, the office Building DELTA, with another 36,000 square metres for rent, is in the initial stage of preparations,” says Radim PASSER, Chairman of the Board and CEO of the company, to outline the immediate future of BB Centrum.

With BB Centrum, which is one of the largest and most successful Czech developments of its kind, PASSERINVEST GROUP has made its name, both domestically and internationally. This is due to not only the scope and quality of the company’s projects, which are always developed in cooperation with noted architectural studios, and the high standard of services provided, but also a sense of fair play, a tenant/occupant–oriented approach and overall responsibility towards society and the environment. This project features unique architecture and, being set amidst the newly urbanized area of Ostrava, forms an imaginary gate opening from the historical heart of the city. The new development is scheduled to be completed and officially opened at the end of 2012 and in spring 2013 respectively.
