“Prague 4 remains a highly popular and sought-after office location. If a prospective tenant now has a demand for an area of over 2,000 square metres spread maximally on two floors, then FILADELFIE, with a total office area of 30,000 square metres and a typical floor of 1,760 square metres, is obviously the only choice. The seventeen-storey FILADELFIE will offer an impressive variety of shops and services spread over a total area of over 4,500 square metres. As a result, the existing range of services available at BB Centrum will be further extended. The new multipurpose building will provide space for a minimarket, a chemist, a drycleaner and laundry, fast food, jewellery, men’s fashion shops and outlets, as well as a restaurant, a café and other services: all introduced at the request of the BB Centrum tenants and local residents alike. Moreover, a large park complete with a water feature will be created in immediate proximity to the building. BB Centrum will have even more green areas and, in view of this, it will be a shining example of modern multipurpose office architecture with an eye toward leisure as well. Aside from the vital green vegetation, there will be a variety of attractions and amenities designed to facilitate leisure time activities.
The construction of FILADELFIE began in May 2008. The general contractor is PSJ, a. s., the architectural concept was designed by DaM, s. r. o., and the investor in the project is PASSERINVEST GROUP, a. s. The construction is being financed by UniCredit Bank.
