BB Centrum’s 16th building has been completed and approved. The first tenants have already begun moving in

Prague 4 – In autumn 2013, PASSERINVEST GROUP’s newest office building at BB Centrum in Prague 4 – Michle was completed and approved. Located in the northeastern part of the complex, specifically at Michelská 1552-1558, it bears the simple name “G”.

 The four floors of Building G offer a total of 5,500 square meters of variable office space, including both very spacious offices as well as smaller units measuring from 200 to 550 square meters. On the ground floor of the building is a further 1,014 meters of leasable space, designed primarily for retail and services. These will further broaden the already rich and varied range of shops and services that BB Centrum is known for. Users and visitors of the building can take advantage of the 148 convenient underground parking spaces.

The first tenants of Building G were not long in coming – as early as March 1 of this year, there will be a new shop for golf lovers – GolfProfi Store Praha.

“One of the reasons why we decided to rent a new retail space in BB Centrum is its excellent accessibility,” said Tomáš Krebs, co-owner of GolfProfi. “With a great location like BB Centrum, GolfProfi will certainly become a center for all golfers, not only in Prague, but also the whole of Bohemia. Building G provides us with the facilities to be a world-class golf shop. Our shop will also include a high-end fitting center for the assembly of made-to-measure golf clubs for everyone – both novice and advanced golfers alike. Golfers and all other BB Centrum visitors will also appreciate the wide range of sports fashion we carry,” added Krebs.

 Another new tenant, which again will certainly delight sports lovers, is RunExpert.

 “We’d like to offer our services, which are focused on active leisure, to everyone – both those who work in BB Centrum as well as visitors. Our goal is to bring running and all other associated services, such as diagnosis and running consultations, to all those who have the time and inclination to get involved. Our store will be set up in such a way that everyone can find what they need here – not only a wide selection of merchandise, but also good advice and great source for runners,” said Martin Pošvic, managing director of RunExpert.

 The store, dedicated to running and everything relating to it, will cover an area of approximately 160 square meters and is situated on the ground floor of Building G. It, too, will open in March 2014.

 Further negotiations are currently underway with several parties interested in leasing office and retail space in this modern building.

 Since February 2013, a showroom has been available for people interested in leasing office space in Building G. The showroom was set up by the project’s developer in cooperation with TECHO, a leading manufacturer and supplier of office furniture, and the entire showroom in Building G has been furnished with its products. Viewings of the showroom, located in the second floor of Building G, are possible at any time on request.

 As with other PASSERINVEST GROUP projects, Building G respects the environment and the people who work in it. It has a “B” energy rating and is certified as a BREEAM green building.
