Roztyly Plaza becomes the new home for Volvo Car Czech Republic and TSC Spectre

The new Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 4 has become the headquarters for the automotive company Volvo Car Czech Republic and TSC Spectre, which specializes in comprehensive building management, including cleaning services. The new tenants have leased a total of 1,500 m² of office space, providing employees with a pleasant working environment, excellent transport accessibility, ample parking, proximity to the Krč Forest and public facilities. The ground floor of Roztyly Plaza is fully occupied by retail units offering services such as a modern canteen with a café, a pharmacy and a fitness centre with a sauna. The tenants also appreciate the rooftop terrace, featuring greenery and views of the surrounding area. The developer and investor behind the project is Passerinvest Group.

“Nowadays, there is a strong emphasis on the quality of office spaces, which must offer not only high standards and state-of-the-art facilities but also meet stringent ESG requirements. As a result, tenants are seeking spaces that meet these demanding criteria. Roztyly Plaza stands out not only for its architectural design but also for its advanced technologies. For example, we ensure a high-quality and healthy indoor environment using air ionisers, which make the air inside the building comparable to that of mountain or seaside locations,” said Eduard Forejt, Business Development Director of Passerinvest Group.

“During our negotiations with Volvo Car Czech Republic, it became clear that the tenant also valued the building’s readiness for the introduction of electromobility and its provision for future expansion with an exceptional capacity for EV charging stations. In addition to 1,000 m² of office space, Volvo Car Czech Republic has leased 16 parking spaces equipped for electric vehicles as part of their plan to transition their fleet to 100% electromobility,” added Richard Bambas, Chief Leasing Manager of Passerinvest Group.

The Czech company TSC Spectre, specializing in comprehensive technical services for buildings of all sizes and types, has also chosen Roztyly Plaza as its headquarters. “We know TSC Spectre from Brumlovka, where they manage and clean the tenant spaces in the Filadelfie building, and now also in the Roztyly Plaza building. Interestingly, this tenant is relocating from central Prague to Roztyly Plaza, marking a new experience for us as well, because we temporarily accommodated them in our serviced FLEKSI offices to give them sufficient time to prepare their new offices at Roztyly Plaza,” Forejt and Bambas added.

Roztyly Plaza is situated in the Prague neighbourhood of Roztyly, adjacent to the Roztyly metro station on Line C. In addition to its excellent transport links, the location is unique for its proximity to the Krč Forest and the Nové Roztyly park. This makes it an ideal space for work as well as team-building activities, picnics, relaxation and various sports. The seven-storey building currently offers approximately 7,000 m² of office space.
