At present around 10,000 m² are rented in the Beta building and 180 garage spaces. The average price per sq. metre is just below the level of 15 Euro, depending on the contract.
We asked the representatives of the companies that are tenants in the BETA building the same question: "Why did you choose the BB Centre or the Beta building as the headquarters of your firm?"

Hacienda Mexicana Group, a. s.
Hacienda Mexicana is a chain of restaurants operated by the franchising method, which you will find in Prague, Brno, České Budějovice, Český Krumlov, Pardubice, Zlín, Ostrava and in Bratislava. Originally these buildings were constructed and presented as Mexican Haciendas, i.e. both the selection of dishes and the appearance of the interior were in Mexican style. At the present moment we are trying for a considerable alteration in our menu. We want to offer change and a more varied range. From the originally Mexican Hacienda we are moving to the style known throughout the world as "fusion cuisine", promoting the greater interconnection of world cuisines. This means that even in our Mexican-style restaurant there will be a range of Indian, Thai, Czech or vegetarian dishes. This also means a change in the manner of serving and decoration, the use of more raw materials and greater variety in general. We hope in this way to attract a greater range of people. In the premises of the Beta building of the BB Centre we would like to present ourselves as a modern gastronomic facility capable of reacting to specific requirements, based on the needs of the customers working in these modern administrative buildings. RWE Energy Customer Services CZ
The joint-stock company RWE Energy Customer Services CZ is an affiliate of RWE Transgas and in its present form it is an economic subject providing shared services to other firms of the RWE Energy group in the Czech Republic. It has been operating since September last year. The aim was to create a firm which would, through the centralising of shared services, enable the achievement of synergic effects within this group. Apart from services of a telecommunications nature, provided by the firm to the mother company RWE Transgas, RWE Energy Customer Services CZ is participating at present in centralising the provision of IT services, purchasing and wage processing. Goodyear Dunlop Tires Czech, s. r. o.
The firm of Goodyear is the largest tyre manufacturer in the world. "The firm of Goodyear Dunlop Tires Czech recorded considerable development in 1992, especially in the increase in sales volume. Thanks to this there is an increase in commercial activities which brings with it the need to strengthen the sales teams and other units. In addition we provide management and servicing services for the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. All of this meant that we were forced to extend the area of our workplace. OKIN FACILITY CZ, s. r. o.
The firm of OKIN FACILITY CZ, s. r. o. is an important outsourcing company in the Czech Republic. It has been active in the market for more than 10 years, during which it has acquired plenty of experience and customers.
