New Administrative Buildings

On completion, Building G will have approximately 5,500 square metres of office space on four above ground storeys, and 1,000 square metres of retail space on the ground floor. The office space layout is completely flexible and the building also offers relatively small units of 200–550 square metres for rent. Its three underground storeys will provide 146 parking spaces for tenants and guests alike. The project has been designed by the A8000 architectural studio and Berger Bohemia is general contractor.

The planned Building DELTA will be developed in two phases. Phase I will see the construction of an eight-storey administrative building, with 18,000 square metres of office space. Also, 372 parking spaces for tenants and guests will be situated on its five underground storeys. ”Building DELTA has a very interesting design. It incorporates two H-shaped buildings, connected through a parterre, but they can be also linked via a bridge at each office storey level. As a result, it allows the tenant to be provided with up to 4,500 square metres on a single storey, which is unique on the market,” says Radim Passer and adds: “We expect to build two roof terraces with greenery, which – being presently created on five buildings – are very popular with tenants and employees alike.” Phase II of Building DELTA will provide 18,200 square metres. The ground floor offers retail space, where a prospective tenant can open a showroom, a branch office or a training centre. It is preferable to develop both the phases simultaneously. However, the commencement of construction depends on the prelease of the building. DELTA will have a green building certificate according to BREEAM. The design has been produced by the Aulík Fišer architekti architectural studio.

Also, BB Centrum has recently launched its new Internet pages at www.bbcentrum.cz. The latest news is that the top floor of Building FILADELFIE is fully occupied as the remaining half of the 17th floor, with a total area of 900 square metres, has been leased by a pharmaceutical company, Fresenius Kabi. In view of this, FILADELFIE only offers the last vacant, 16th storey for rent.
