Radim Passer recognised in 2020 Best of Realty Awards
The founder of our company Passerinvest Group, a.s., the investor, developer and philanthropist Radim Passer, was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the “Best of Realty – Nejlepší z realit” awards. The panel of judges especially appreciated the realisation and accomplishment of his long-term vision represented by the transformation of a dilapidated brownfield in Prague 4 – Michle into a distinct and lively complex that is the BB Centrum urban neighbourhood. This is comprised of office and residential buildings, parks, playgrounds and sports facilities and does not only provide space for working, living and social events, but also many restaurants, healthcare facilities, and opportunities for shopping and support of a healthy lifestyle. BB Centrum has won these awards six times.
The Best of Realty — Nejlepší z realit competition originated in 1999 and ever since it was established, it has mapped and awarded real estate implemented in the Czech Republic that was newly built or underwent significant reconstruction. In the Best of Realty — Nejlepší z realit competition, projects that represent the success and abilities of architects, builders, designers, developers and last, but not least, real estate agents during their sale or lease are judged. In addition to buildings, people connected with the real estate market and projects that have captured the judges’ interest are also evaluated.
