Exceptional FLEKSI spaces to be created in Prague’s Brumlovka
Brand new flexible offices and co-working spaces with the name FLEKSI will be opening this November in the office building Budova B in Prague’s BB Centrum (Brumlovka). It is the first project of this type from Passerinvest Group, which is also the owner and manager of the building and the entire locality. The architectural design of the space is the work of Linstram.
Building Budova B, located on the main Vyskočilova Street right in the very heart of Brumlovka, underwent complete renovations and, in addition to a first-class working environment, offers its tenants a beautiful rooftop garden and a unique inner courtyard with water features and greenery for work and relaxation. Now Budova B will be offering an exceptional space that has been given the name FLEKSI, where there will be workspaces available in coworking and enclosed offices. It will also be possible to use a meeting room once or for the long term or to hold workshops, conferences or company parties here. The FLEKSI spaces, with an area of 3000 m2 over 3 storeys, will be fully air conditioned and with wheelchair access and will feature designer furnishings, its own reception, a fully-equipped kitchen and high-speed Internet. Access (24/7) will be provided by digital keys, which will be part of a mobile app.
WORK, MEET AND GET TO KNOW is the main motto representing the FLEKSI offices, where everyone will find their place. “Our wish is to provide clients a pleasant space to work, while we will take care of their comfort and arrange every operational service. With this concept we are striving to accommodate not only large corporate clients, but also the demand from smaller companies and individuals, to whom we would like to provide, for any length of time, at least the same comfort and facilities that our long-term tenants enjoy. FLEKSI members will have a unique opportunity to get to know interesting people, share their experience with them and receive valuable input, while not only becoming part of the FLEKSI community, but also of the entire BB Centrum,” stated Lenka Preslová, Head of the Sales Department of Passerinvest Group.
A great advantage of the project is not only the locality of Brumlovka, which is the seat of many important Czech and International companies, but also the excellent transport accessibility. The building is located by the exit from the D1 motorway and the city ring road with possibilities to park in public outdoor and underground parking lots right by the building. There is also a city bus stop nearby as well as a free complex shuttle service in the direction of the Budějovická metro station on the C line, which is also less than a ten-minute walk away. FLEKSI members who enjoy keeping in shape will undoubtedly appreciate the bike room with showers and everyone else will certainly enjoy the complete civic amenities that the locality has to offer (restaurants, cafeterias, cafés, shops, services, sports facilities and parks).
