Brumlovka becoming a centre for well-fitting shirts

A new tenant has leased one of the several retail units on the ground floor of Budova B bulding in Prague’s BB Centrum. From October, Anthony’s boutique, which is oriented on formal and “smart casual” clothing for men, has a shop here. Customers are able to choose from a wide assortment of several leading British brands, which are a guarantee of elegance and quality. The owner and manager of Budova B building is the Passerinvest Concern.

BB Centrum, as a significant Prague office complex, was a clear choice for us. We wanted to open our shop as close as possible to our target clients in order to make their shopping as easy as possible. Thanks to there being a great number of all kinds of companies and banking institutions located here, we are close to our customers and we can make it possible for them to acquire a quality suit close to where they work, so they do not have to spend their free time on long drives to shopping centres.” explained Jiří Vlček, the Executive Director of Anthony’s, explaining the choice of the location for the new shop. 

Anthony’s specializes in quality clothing for men and offers a wide assortment comprised of classic suits, shirts, slacks, jackets, t-shirts and shoes. Customers can find clothes here in all sizes and styles, so truly everyone can find a shirt or suit that fits them perfectly. In addition to its own collection, the boutique also offers products from other leading brands, such as T.M.Lewin, Charles Tyrwhitt and Barker Shoes.

Budova B building has 8 storeys with a total of 15,600 m2 of office space and 1240 m2 of retail space. Following the extensive reconstruction completed last June, it ranks among category A office buildings. It offers an atrium with water features, greenery and benches connected to a new public space, Ellen G. White Square. The last two retail units remain to be leased in the Budova B building, one with an area of 92 m2 also situated on Vyskočilova Street and another with an area of 240 m2 with the entrance from Želetavská Street.
