Václav Kohout named New Project Manager at PASSERINVEST GROUP
Ing. Václav Kohout started on March 1, 2015 as a project manager in the development and investment company PASSERINVEST GROUP. The scope of his work will include the complete preparation and subsequent implementation of new projects, including addressing client changes.
Ing. Václav Kohout (43) graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, and is a certified engineer of structural engineering. He gained professional experience in companies such as Acred Ltd. and AŠ-ET spol. s r.o. Prior to joining PASSERINVEST GROUP, he worked for MDA Praha, s.r.o., where he was responsible for new development projects, the reconstruction of the hotel part of the AXA Building in Prague 1, and other projects.
Ing. Kohout worked on the implementation of a number of residential and office development projects, including Centrum Dolni Brezany, Portheimka Center, the business and administrative Avalon Business Center Plzeň, and Toyota Motor Czech in Prague 5.
Ing. Václav Kohout is a member of the Czech Chamber of Chartered Engineers and Technicians (ČKAIT), and is fluent in English. In his spare time, he enjoys ice hockey, cycling, and hiking.
