The G4S security company is operating in Budova B building of Prague’s BB Centrum

The G4S Secure Solutions, a specialist in the provisioning of comprehensive security services, is a new tenant in the completely reconstructed Budova B office buildingThe company occupied office spaces with an area of 815 m2 this July, joining other renowned companies such as ABInBev, NEWPS, and Alcon Pharmaceuticals. The owner and manager of the building is the Passerinvest Concern.

We consider BB Centrum to be an important center of business activity in Prague. When we made our decision, we took into account that we will be in the environment of the most important firms from various fields of business. We think that G4S definitely belongs among such companies. We also believe that the wonderful infrastructure of the locality, including excellent accessibility, and a wide offer of restaurants, shops, sports facilities, and parks increase the comfort for our employees and helps them to combine work and leisure activities better,” stated Josef Janoušek, Finance Director CZ&SK, G4S, with regard to the company’s move.

The G4S Secure Solutions security company with worldwide operations has been offering its services in the Czech Republic for more than 30 years. It holds a leading position on the market among the providers of comprehensive security solutions and its portfolio includes a wider spectrum of services, including the physical protection of buildings, security systems, electronic monitoring, and security consulting.

“We are really glad that G4S expanded the portfolio of important Czech and international companies headquartered in the Brumlovka locality. Not only do we, as the property owner, use the services of security agencies, but so do many other tenants as well, and so the opportunity to be closer to its customers was one of the reasons why G4S chose its seat here in BB Centrum. As part of its complete reconstruction, building Budova B made it possible to not only build representative offices for G4S, but also the very specific technical facilities required by a security agency,” added Lenka Preslová, the Head of the Sales Department of Passerinvest Group.

Budova B building has 8 stories with a total of 15,600 m2 of office space and 1240 m2 of retail space. Following the extensive reconstruction completed last June, it ranks among category A office buildings. It offers an atrium with water features, greenery, and benches connected to a new public space, náměstí Ellen G. Whiteové. Now the last 1500 m2 of free office space remains available to interested parties. The last two retail units also remain to be leased in Building B, one with an area of 92 m2 situated on Vyskočilova Street and another with an area of 240 m2 with an entrance from Želetavská Street.
