The FILADELFIE Lease: TOP Transaction of 2011 in CR and TOP 2 Transaction in CEE

The lease of the FILADELFIE office building to UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and the other companies in UniCredit Group, was the most significant transaction conducted in the Czech Republic in 2011, as stated in the Q4/2011 report delivered by Jones Lang LaSalle. 
Their report also outlines that Prague 4 ranked among the city destinations which received the strongest preference with regard to the lease of office space as its share reached 31.2 %. 
At the same time, Building FILADELFIE was ranked second among the TOP 50 office transactions in Central and Eastern Europe in 2011, as published by the CIJ magazine. 
This architecturally attractive 17-storey tower is the most prominent building in the BB Centrum office park, developed by PASSERINVEST GROUP, and, aside from its modern design and attractive, easily accessible location, it has even more to offer: it has achieved a U.K. BREEAM In Use (BIU)
baseline certification rating of “Good”, which is considered as one of the leading assessment methods for green buildings in Europe. This certification method has been devised to assess resource, waste and energy management, along with impacts on the environment, flora and fauna and human life conditions. A high priority is placed on the area of energy management, which goes hand in hand with air protection.
At present, only the last office space is available in FILADELFIE – one-half of the 16th above-ground floor area (881.9 square metres).
