Roztyly Plaza office building under construction: Inspirational office spaces right on the metro

 The Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 4, the construction of which began last autumn, offers a total area of 21,700 m2 of offices to rent. The renowned architectural studio Aulík Fišer architekti is behind the elegant and clean design of the seven-storey building. A great emphasis has been placed on the creation of an inspirational environment, in which it will be a joy to work and meet.  The process of the rental of the space has begun and the interest of the first potential tenants for both the office and the retail spaces has been registered. The building is able to offer large offices with an area of more than 3000 m2 on a single floor, but thanks to flexible layouts, it is also possible to create smaller offices starting at 300 m2. Thanks to its position right by the Roztyly metro station on the C line, city, suburban and international bus lines and the main traffic arteries (5. května, South Ring Road), the Roztyly Plaza building is excellently accessible not only by urban transport but also by car. The building also includes an underground garage with 330 parking spots for tenants and a further 100 spots for P+R parking. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the direct connection to the cycling path. They can then store their bicycle in the bike room and subsequently use the dressing room and showers in the facilities.

In addition to the large offices, there will also be 1600 m2 of retail space in the building’s underground levels. These will bring to the locality the necessary civic amenities that have been lacking here. The project is going up in the immediate vicinity of the Nové Roztyly Park, which is connected to the Krč Forest. Passerinvest has long been cultivating this park and supplementing it with sports and relaxation features. Thanks to this, it already offers its visitors a wide range of possibilities for sports activities and relaxation. It is possible to use several sports facilities in the park, such as a workout field, outdoor fitness area, disc golf, a parkour course, and running and cycling routes. For further relaxation or informal meetings, tenants will be able to use the large landscaped rooftop terrace, rich greenery, and an atrium with relaxation zones and water features.
