Passerinvest Group successfully concluded a public offer of bonds with a total subscribed volume of CZK 750 million
Passerinvest Group, a.s. (Hereinafter referred to as “Passerinvest”), a leading development and investment company on the Czech market, has successfully completed the issue of PSG 7.60/28 bonds. The bonds were issued for 5 years with a total subscribed volume of CZK 750 million. The bonds were issued at a coupon rate of 7.60% p.a. and a quarterly coupon payment.
“I am grateful to the Lord for the continued interest of investors in our bonds and the completion of the fourth publicly traded bond issue. This issue provides us with a financial reserve for further development activities,” stated Radim Passer, founder and CEO, Passerinvest Group, a.s.
“Thanks to this successful subscription, we continue to be active in the market of crown-denominated public bonds after we fully paid up the previous issue of CZK 2 billion at the end of March,” added Ondřej Plocek, Chief Financial Officer, Passerinvest Group, a.s.
