Passerinvest Group starts construction of tennis complex for the Tenisový klub LTC 1927, offering year-round operations and modern facilities
Passerinvest Group, a. s. (hereinafter referred to as Passerinvest), started the construction of a new tennis complex for the Tenisový klub LTC 1927 Praha – Michle, which will be located on Pekárenská street in Prague – Michle. It will include 8 courts with a deluxe club room, including facilities for players and caretakers. A parking lot for visitors and modern technical facilities for maintenance are also envisaged. The construction is planned to be completed in December of this year; the complex will be opened to the public in the spring of 2024. The owner and administrator of the complex will be Tenisový klub LTC Praha – Michle, z.s.

After 50 years of operating in a space located at the intersection of Vyskočilova and Michelská streets, we’re beginning a new phase in the existence of our club. We’re looking forward to welcoming the current and new members in the spring of next year, as well as the youth and other tennis enthusiasts from the public in a representative environment that meets the most demanding requirements,” commented Milan Novák, Chairman of TK LTC Praha – Michle, z.s.
The area of the existing tennis courts, the location of which no longer satisfied the further development and modernisation of the tennis club, will be used as part of a planned project of the Passerinvest Group, which will offer civic amenities, housing and offices.
“When the opportunity to buy the former parking lot of the Michle bakery arose in 2015, we did not hesitate to make the LTC Tennis Club an offer that the membership base was happy to accept. It is therefore a pleasure that we can work toward a common goal – building a facility that will benefit its members and the public. It is construction that is in line with our long-term plan to comprehensively develop the entire site in order to offer a balanced offer of civic amenities, housing, offices and leisure opportunities.
