Passerinvest Group officially opens a modern tennis complex for Tenisový klub LTC 1927 Praha-Michle
On 22 May, Passerinvest Group, a. s. (hereinafter referred to as Passerinvest) celebrated the grand opening of the new tennis complex for Tenisový klub LTC 1927 Praha – Michle on Pekárenská street in Prague – Michle. The complex includes eight courts with a deluxe clubhouse including facilities for players and groundskeepers, parking for visitors and modern technical facilities for maintenance. By building a completely new complex, Passerinvest, as the investor, supported the club’s long-standing efforts to create sports facilities for citizens in Michle and in the wider area of the Prague 4 city district. The new owner and administrator of the complex is Tenisový klub LTC Praha – Michle, z.s.
“We believe that this tennis complex will contribute to the overall development of part of Prague 4. We are pleased that the construction of the entire sports complex was a success and that we have enabled the tennis club to create new and user-friendly facilities that will certainly help to support the expansion of its membership base, including youth,” stated Martin Unger, Technical & ESG Agenda Director for Passerinvest Group, a.s.
The original location at the intersection of Vyskočilova and Michelská streets, where the tennis club operated for more than 50 years, no longer suited the needs of the further functioning of the club. However, it will be used for a new Passerinvest project. “Completing the construction of the new tennis complex now enables us to summon our strength for the further expansion of Brumlovka with a new multifunctional project. It will offer even wider civic amenities, new spaces for work, as well as housing and public spaces, complemented by urban greenery and water elements,” added Martin Unger.
The new modern tennis complex ushers in a new stage of the existence of Tenisový klub LTC 1927 Praha-Michle, which has already opened its doors not only to its existing members, but to new ones as well. This includes tennis enthusiasts from the general public and youth. A modern environment with high-quality facilities awaits everyone, players and groundskeepers, and the new parking lot will help to make the complex more easily accessible.
