Passerinvest Group celebrates double success in the CZECH TOP 100 ranking
In April, the CZECH TOP 100 association again published its ranking of the 100 most highly regarded companies in the Czech Republic. Passerinvest Group a.s. (hereinafter Passerinvest) was the only company in the property development sector to be ranked in the Top Ten. However, it also scored in the “Real estate activities, business services” industry category, where it came first. The announcement of the results of the 26th year of rankings took place on 16 April in the Municipal House, attended by more than 80 top managers and other personalities. Vladimír Klouda, the Deputy CEO of the company, received the award on behalf of Passerinvest.
The Czech TOP 100 is compiled based on the votes of hundreds of top managers from various domestic companies, who can nominate companies. For Passerinvest, a position in the Top Ten among all the companies ranked across the industries represents an exceptional recognition by the professional community. “We really appreciate these awards. It is confirmation of the fact that we have been doing quality work in line with our vision for a long time. I am convinced that our repeated success in the competition is due to the persistent work of each member of the Passerinvest team, which is why we can enjoy these awards today. I firmly believe that we will continue to be able to maintain the good reputation of our company among the professional and business community,” said Vladimír Klouda, Deputy CEO of Passerinvest Group a.s.
First place in the real estate sector
Passerinvest’s first place in the real estate and business services category is particularly important, confirming its leading position in this highly competitive industry. “The fact that we have been named as the best in our field will spur us on in the future. We want to continue bringing innovative solutions in real estate and to constantly improve the services we provide to our clients,” added Vladimír Klouda.
The CZECH TOP 100 Most Important Companies in the Czech Republic is the first and also the longest-running project in the evaluation and awarding of prizes, especially in the economic sector. The project’s mission is to provide the general public each year with a professional and sufficiently representative overview of the key figures in the Czech business environment. In this year’s edition, the jury, comprising economic experts, judged hundreds of successful companies, evaluating in particular innovation, quality of management, relationship to society and the environment, product quality, financial reliability, but also other criteria unrelated to numerically measurable criteria.
