Now you can buy a flat or arrange a holiday in the Nová Karolina Park building
The Ostrava office project Nová Karolina Park has welcomed two new tenants. They are the Čedok travel agency and the RE/MAX real estate agency, which have leased units with an identical size of 87 m2, both in the northern part of the building, entered from the inner courtyard. There is now the last 1300 m2 of office space to be leased in the building and from December a retail unit with an area of 132 m2 will newly be available with an attractive location facing the busy 28. října street right by the tram stop. The investment and development company PASSERINVEST GROUP is behind the Nová Karolina Park project.
The Čedok travel agency has been in the Nová Karolina Park building since this March. The tenant transformed the space, with an area of 87 m2, into a representational office corresponding to their new concept. “The representative Nová Karolina Park fully corresponds with the new design of our branches, with the trend that our Čedok travel agency has taken. We chose this modern space in part due to the excellent access to the city centre, the excellent traffic connections and the neighbouring shopping and entertainment centre. The clients have welcomed the placement of our branch and they also really appreciate the modern interior of the new Čedok,” stated Eva Němečková, the press spokesperson for Čedok, a.s., with regard to the leasing of the new space.
The Čedok travel agency has been operating on our market continually ever since 1920, thus this year it is celebrating its centenary. It offers its clients a wide spectrum of trips within the Czech Republic and abroad and also arranges the stays for foreigners in this country. In addition to this, it also focuses on convention tourism and the organisation of business trips and provides travel consultation and the creation of tailor-made holidays. Čedok’s long-term goal is to offer first-rate services for the best possible prices and to develop the brand to the full satisfaction of all its customers.
The second new retail tenant, RE/MAX, moved into the Nová Karolina Park building in September. In the words of the office representative Marcela Valečková, the new spaces fully correspond to their requirements: “We were looking for modern and representative spaces in the city centre for our real estate agency. We are glad that we managed to open the new RE/MAX Forum branch right in the Nová Karolina Park building. We are sure that thanks to its position, we will have an opportunity to get a lot more clients and to be more accessible for them.”
