BUILDING GAMMA IS SOLD TO
The flagship and the largest building of Prague-Michle’s BB Centrum, Building Gamma has changed ownership. Developed by Passerinvest Group this year, Gamma goes to Immoeast, Austria, which – with this transaction – has acquired over 50 per cent of the total floor area of the BB Centrum office park.
Gamma is certainly one of the most impressive office buildings. Accordingly, it won the TOP INVEST 2006 title. Spread over ten floors, the 30,000 –sq m office area of the building is currently fully occupied by one tenant, Telefónica O2 Czech Republic. Furthermore, the ground floor houses two catering/shopping facilities: Le Pavillon French restaurant and a café completed with a coffee/tea shop.
Gamma is the fourth of buildings owned by Immoeast in the BB Centrum. At the beginning of 2007, Immoeast acquired the other three buildings, whose total area of 73,000 sq m is also fully leased to Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, GE Money Bank, 3M and Hewlett Packard.
