BUILDING FILADELFIE FOUNDATION STONE CEREMONY
The foundation stone ceremony is an important landmark in the history of the building. Dark, grey-silver paragneiss MATRIX (from Brazil) whose face side is sandpapered and polished has been chosen for the foundation stone. On completion, it will be located in the reception area of the building. Construction work goes on day by day, and there is presently a construction pit which 157,000 cubic metres in volume and whose maximum depth is 27 metres near the ČEZ building. The building is scheduled for completion in summer 2010.

Building FILADELFIE in BB Centrum, has been named after a Biblical town which is closely associated with such values as faithfulness and diligence. And it is the ten years of difficult, faithful and diligent work of a great many people from PASSERINVEST GROUP that led to the fact that the construction of FILADELFIE could begin,” says Radim Passer.
Building FILADELFIE has been under construction for almost six months. It is circumscribed by Želetavská, U Pomníku and U Michelské školy streets. On completion, the building will provide even more considerable benefits to the office park. Aside from 30,000 square metres of top quality office space, there will be, first and foremost, a large public park, as well as new services in the shopping arcade such as a supermarket, a chemistry, a restaurant and a café.
The building has been designed by DaM architectural studio, and the general contractor is PSJ, a.s.
