Brumlovka locality in Prague 4 adds a nail salon and dry cleaners to its range of services

The Brumlovka building situated in the heart of the Prague district of the same name, which Passerinvest Group has been developing for almost three decades, has some new tenants. The existing range of services in the shopping arcade has a new addition in the shape of the Fantasy Nails nail salon, and We Hate Ironing dry cleaners has expanded its premises. This means that the commercial premises, which offer a total of 6,200 m² leasable space spread over three above-ground and three underground floors, are now fully occupied.

The Fantasy Nails nail salon on the ground floor of the Brumlovka building offers a wide selection of services, including classic manicures and pedicures, gel nails and modern Shellac treatment. The salon’s focus is on precision, hygiene and individual customer care: “We are delighted to be able to welcome our clients to these beautiful new premises. Using state-of-the-art technologies, we offer services that can satisfy even the most demanding customers, and we are looking forward to all our clients leaving with perfectly manicured nails and also having some time to relax,” adds Ngo Duy Long, manager of the Fantasy Nails salon.

The nail salon is a great addition to the existing range of services available in the Brumlovka building. Alongside the Balance Club Brumlovka fitness and wellness club, hairdressers, shops, café and restaurants, it offers visitors a wide range of options for treating themselves and unwinding from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We Hate Ironing dry cleaners, which originally was on the other side of Vyskočilova Street in the Filadelfie building, has also found a new home in the Brumlovka building. It chose these premises in order to expand and improve its services. “We made the move in order to modernise and improve the capacity of our business. At the same time, we have improved the convenience of dropping off and collecting orders – customers can use the public car park right next to the Brumlovka building, where there is 15 minutes free parking,” says Jan Kmoch, founder and chief executive of We Hate Ironing.

The Brumlovka building is situated in the heart of the Prague district of the same name, covering an area of 25 hectares. The location boasts excellent transport links, a full range of amenities and a number of green parks with water features. In addition, at the beginning of this year this city district received the prestigious Fitwel certification with the highest possible rating of three stars. It is the first and only project in continental Europe to have received this award. The certification, which is based on more than 7,000 academic studies, assesses health, environmental and social aspects, which makes this location an ideal place to live, work and spend free time.
