The Brumlovka building in BB Centrum in Prague is completely occupied. The Coffee Perk cafe and sporting goods retailer Arena leased the last available square metres. The Brumlovka building offers a total of 6200 m2 of leasable space on three storeys and three underground levels. The anchor tenant of the building is the modern wellness and fitness centre, Balance Club Brumlovka. There are also several restaurants and cafes in the building, various shops and a branch of the Czech Post Office.
The two new tenants occupied free units on the ground floor of the building with areas of 71 m2 (Arena) and 72 m2 (Coffee Perk). “We are glad that, thanks to these new tenants, we are able to enrich the interesting mix in BB Centrum, which contains a wide spectrum of goods and services. Our effort is to continually expand the offer for the people who work or live here or are just passing through the complex. Thus, BB Centrum continues to develop and create a fully-fledged urban neighbourhood offering pleasant conditions for work, shopping, sports and leisure,” Lenka Preslová, the Head of the Sales Department of Passerinvest Group, a.s., explained with regard to the new tenants.
Arena, a leading international brand specialising in swimwear and sporting goods, was founded in 1973 and has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1993. The shop in the Brumlovka building is the first brick and mortar shop for the Arena brand in Prague and it offers the complete assortment of products for swimming as well as other kinds of sports. In addition, the shop also operates as a dispensing site for orders from the e-shop.
Coffee Perk primarily entices with quality coffee from the first Czech roaster, La Boheme Café, as well as with homemade breakfasts, which are served all day long. There is something for lovers of sweet and savoury treats, as well as those who prefer healthy food, even at midday, when lunches are on offer. The café also offers “office boxes”, which are breakfasts delivered directly to the office, for example for a morning meeting.
