Brumlovka (BB Centrum) has welcomed a new tenant, thanks to which you can discover the world of virtual entertainment

In the middle of December, a new tenant, Avatar VR Park, leased spaces in the Budova G bulding in Prague’s Brumlovka (BB Centrum). It is the largest virtual reality park focused on virtual and augmented reality in the Czech Republic. Visitors can find action, sports, balance, and educational games here. The space is also equipped with a VR café and it is the ideal place to hold parties and unique company events. The owner and manager of the Budova G building is the Passerinvest Group.

Avatar VR Park offers a wide range of games and attractions that will not only interest children but adults as well. The comprehensive offer of the VR experience is spread out over an area of 500 m2. Twenty gaming devices, such as simulators and boxes, are placed in four gaming worlds, and there is a large multiplayer zone made for up to four competitive players, where it is possible to try out the popular “escape room” with the family or a shoot-em-up with colleagues. Visitors can also enjoy an unforgettable experience of an adrenaline-packed jump from a skyscraper or a flight over the iconic structures of our planet in the body of an eagle.

“Brumlovka is the ideal spot for our VR Park because our concept is a perfect fit with this modern environment, plus there are a lot of companies seated here that, with the arrival of Avatar VR Park, have the opportunity to organize an unforgettable team-building event or to come after work to escape from the real world and every day worries. The locality is also advantageous, as it is easily accessible by mass transit and through its connection to the Prague ring road and D1 motorway,” stated Dan Broulík, the CEO of Avatar VR media.

It is possible to visit VR Park every weekday in the afternoon and evening hours and on weekends. This type of entertainment is suitable for the whole family and there are also gift certificates available, which every fan of adrenaline and entertainment will appreciate.

“Virtual reality and its possibilities are constantly advancing forward and becoming an integral part of our lives. Avatar VR Park leads the way in the area of VR experiences and it offers entertaining leisure activities for children and adults. Thus, it is a great addition to the services in our complex and I am sure it will become another reason to visit Brumlovka and to use the ever-growing offer of shops and services that you can find here,” stated Lenka Preslová, the Head of the Sales Department of Passerinvest Group.

Budova G building comes from the workshop of the architecture studio ATELIER 8000 and it was completed in 2013. It is located on the corner of Michelská and Baarova streets. Budova G offers a total of 5,500 m2 of office space and 1,000 m2 of commercial space on the ground floor. There are 146 parking spots for tenants and the public on three underground levels. Budova G has a rooftop terrace with possibilities for relaxation and its own inner courtyard with greenery. The building has excellent transport accessibility: the Jemnická bus stop is located right in front of the building (two bus stops from the C line metro stations Budějovická and Kačerov), a direct connection to the Prague ring road and the D1 motorway. There is currently about 1,600 m2 of office space to lease in this building.
