Beta building in BB Centrum is fully occupied
The office and retail spaces in the Beta building in BB Centrum in Prague 4 are fully occupied. The consulting company ANODIUS, which provides enterprise solutions, leased the last available square metres of office space. The building’s tenants also include, for example, SAP ČR, Savencia, DAS, Puma, Webhelp, O2 and UPS. Last year the existing tenants Uniprog and Webhelp Enterprise Sales Solutions expanded substantially, while Intens Corporation, providing services in the area of transport telematics, moved in. The total leasable space of the Beta building is 19 000 m2 on 9 floors and 3 underground levels, and 330 parking spots are available. The building architects are from the atelier Aulík Fišer architekti.
“The Beta building is another 100% occupied office building in BB Centrum. We are constantly building the BB Centrum locality and perfecting it so that it is always attractive and offers every comfort of a vibrant city district. Several companies have been headquartered here for several years and new ones keep coming. The Beta building is located in the central part of BB Centrum by the new Brumlovka Square. To a great extent, the interior of the building is comprised of natural materials, stone and glass. On the uppermost floor there is a rooftop terrace available for all the tenants with spots to relax. A public cafeteria and retail space are located on the ground floor and offer various refreshment opportunities” a Costa Coffee, Ugo fresh bar, Dhaba Beas Indian restaurant and Kobe Asian fusion restaurant.
