A hairdressing salon and a modern Czech restaurant with craft tank beer will expand the services in Brumlovka in September

What is new in Brumlovka in September? Locals and employees of companies seated here can look forward to a newly-opened hairdressing salon and modern Czech restaurant. At the end of September, Turnovská pivnice Brumlovka will be opening a branch in the Delta building, where it will offer both craft beer drawn directly from a tank and popular traditional Czech cuisine. On Monday, 19 September, the Lady Li hairdressing salon, which specializes in precise colouring with modern techniques, hair health, and quality cosmetics, launched its operation in the Brumlovka building. The owner and manager of both buildings with the new tenants is the Passerinvest concern.

Turnovská pivnice: Craft beer with an unmistakable full flavor and colour

Honest craftsmanship and high-quality ingredients are the basic attributes of the Turnovská pivnice network of pubs. It is opening its third restaurant in Prague, this time in Brumlovka. It offers its customers craft beer right from a tank, modern gastronomy, including a lunch menu and a pleasant interior, which will enhance the taste of the beer from its own mini brewery and the great food. The assortment of beer on offer is based on the renowned 8° Turnovská osmička, 10° Turnovská desítka, 12° Turnovská 12° dvanáctka light and dark, and even the limited edition cold-hopped light třináctka. “Our goal was to create a concept of modern businesses while maintaining the elements of a traditional pub, where the customer can enjoy a premium brand directly from our brewery. We only brew exactly the amount of beer to cover the need for our own pubs. Thanks to this, we have supervision over the highest quality and thus guarantee the uniqueness of each batch,”  says Michal Zítko, owner and founder of the Turnov brewery, explaining the qualities of the enterprise.

Lady Li Hairdresser: Professional service and a friendly approach

Visitors to the salon can look forward to a quality service, which is provided by the regularly trained staff. In addition to the latest technologies for colouring, cutting and styling suitable for a variety of social events, it offers a free consultation that enhances the maximum customer satisfaction. “Professionalism and quality hair styling are a matter of course with us. In addition, we also take pride in our warm and family approach. The customer comes first and the satisfaction and the confidence which our customers place in our hands is important for us,” said Liliia Danyliuk, owner of the hairdressing salon.

“The range of shops and services in Brumlovka is constantly expanding and we are very happy about that. We look forward to welcoming other tenants who will complement this offer with their services.  Turnovská pivnice will enrich the dining opportunities in Brumlovka. It will be open until the evening hours, so it is ideal for daily lunch, but also for informal after-work gatherings. Which of your colleagues doesn’t like to “grab a beer” after work? On the other hand, the hairdressing salon will allow a certain comfort by the fact that local residents or office workers will not have to travel far and wide for this type of service. Now you can take care of everything you need all in one neighbourhood – Brumlovka, which we can now call a 15-minute city,” summarised Lenka Preslová, head of the Sales Department of Passerinvest.

The original, purely administrative function of the former BB Centrum was surmounted in recent years with the development of services, the construction of residential complexes and the revitalisation of the public space. This has gradually given rise to a modern Prague neighbourhood, which we now know under the name Brumlovka. In addition to 12 office buildings, where many Czech and international companies are headquartered, there are also several cafés, bistros and restaurants, all situated on an area of 25 hectares. There is also the multifunctional Brumlovka building, with a wellness and fitness club, the Bethany social centre, a Christian preschool, and the Elijáš primary and secondary schools. For sports and relaxation activities, two large green parks, an athletic stadium and several children’s playgrounds can be used. Sports and cultural events are regularly held here for tenants and the public and they are free of charge. Current events in Brumlovka and the upcoming program can be followed in the Brumlovka app, which is available for both the iOS and Android operating systems.
