7TH BB C CUP ANNOUNCES ITS WINNERS
Passerinvest Group, the developer whose key project is BB Centrum in Prague’s Michle, celebrates 15 years of existence this year. The founder and majority owner of the company involved in development of office and residential schemes is Radim Passer.
In their beginnings, in the first half of the 1990s, Passerinvest Group were involved in real estate and offered attractive residences in the area of Královské Vinohrady, Prague 2. Then they focused attention on the construction of the multi-purpose BB Centrum. Currently comprised of 11 completed buildings, the scheme provides space for offices, apartments and shopping facilities. The project is further expanding and it is envisaged that it will consist of about 20 buildings on completion which is scheduled for 2011 – 2012. The complex currently covers 150,000 sq m and the total investment has reached CZK 8.5 billion.
”This is the jubilee year of our company and the year of great achievements – in its first half we completed another three buildings of BB Centrum, which not only brought new tenants to Michle, but also expanded the network of shops and services in the area,” says Radim Passer, the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Passerinvest Group. ”Also in the future we will focus on offices and residential schemes. In BB Centrum, there will be developed further office and residential buildings, two parks and a Christian community centre which will further extend the selection of leisure activities for all age groups. It will include a basic school and a kindergarten. In addition, we are also preparing several new projects.”
