100% of the retail units of the new Roztyly Plaza office building leased

In March this year, Passerinvest Group opened the Roztyly Plaza office building, which, in addition to office spaces, features 1,600 m² of retail space on the ground floor, along with nearly 700 m² dedicated to a canteen with a café. All the retail units located on the ground floor of the seven-storey building are now fully leased. Tenants, local residents, commuters transferring between the metro and buses, and visitors to Prague’s Roztyly can now enjoy coffee, desserts, or hearty meals and specialities at the modern canteen and café run by Filip Sajler’s Perfect Canteen. Not only for those travelling longer distances, there is a specialised EcoFlow shop, the market leader in eco-friendly energy systems, offering portable energy sources, portable solar panels, portable wireless air conditioners, 3-in-1 travel fridges, and more. Health services are provided by a pharmacy located next to the main entrance and a modern fitness centre covering almost 1,200 m². Financial well-being is catered to by a financial consultancy centre.
