In April, the Roztyly Plaza office building was awarded an Excellent rating in the internationally recognised BREEAM In-Use sustainability certification, which evaluates buildings based on how they actually operate. The achieved score of 73.6 % thus not only confirms the high quality of the design, but in particular the exceptionally effective and sustainable way in which the building operates day to day, making it one of the top modern office projects.<\/p>\n

\nThis category monitors water use efficiency, water-saving technical solutions and consumption. The goal is to have the lowest possible water consumption compared to normal standards. Roztyly Plaza achieves above-average results in water conservation and effective water use.<\/p>\n
