Passerinvest Group has been awarded ESG Excellence TOP 5 in the Basic category in the nation-wide ESG rating prepared and assessed under the leadership of the Faculty of Business Administration at Prague University of Economics and Business. In the Basic category for companies with up to 1,000 employees, Passerinvest was ranked among the five best companies in the Czech Republic. This success confirms that the work that the company is doing in sustainability and social responsibility has tangible and long-lasting visible results.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The comprehensive ESG rating 2025 questionnaire for the Basic category is based on the European VSME reporting standards (Voluntary Sustainability Reporting Standard for non-listed micro, small and medium-sized enterprises), which most probably will become the European standard for non-financial reporting for the majority of companies. The questionnaire assesses how responsibly companies address environmental, social and corporate governance issues. The resulting score is then compared within the industry and the relevant category (Basic\/Expert).<\/p>\n

This is the fourth year that Passerinvest has been actively involved in the ESG rating organised by the University of Economics\u2019 Faculty of Business Administration. This year, it achieved ESG Excellence TOP 5 in the Basic category. The company sees its participation in the rating as an opportunity for its corporate practices and results around sustainability to be independently verified. The rating provides objective feedback and a comparison within the industry, which helps to identify areas for further improvement and, at the same time, confirms the quality of the internal ESG strategy. The rating is also an instrument that reflects the requirements of future EU legislation emphasising transparent non-financial reporting.<\/p>\n

The ESG Excellence TOP 5 award confirms to the company that its efforts at transparent communication and a responsible approach towards business are seen as an example of good practice. In its projects, Passerinvest makes sure that it is a good manager, neighbour and partner that helps to create long-term values for the company. Its operations are based on moral and ethical principles derived from the Ten Commandments in the Bible. Its priority is to honour these values in its relationship both with its employees and its business partners.<\/p>\n

Success in the ESG Rating 2025 is the result of long-term, systematic efforts and mutual collaboration across the whole company. For maximum transparency and a comprehensive overview of all its activities, strategy and results in the areas of sustainability and social responsibility, which have led to the ESG Excellence TOP 5 award, Passerinvest Group publishes its Non-financial Report annually.
