Passerinvest Group, a company dedicated to urban development with a focus on quality public spaces and sustainability, is taking further steps to enhance the Prague district of Roztyly. A key part of this effort is the extension of Tom\u00ed\u010dkova Street, which will improve the area\u2019s transport accessibility and links to the wider surroundings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The current connection of Tom\u00ed\u010dkova Street to Ry\u0161av\u00e9ho Street will be supplemented by a new exit from the 5. kv\u011btna feeder road. This addition will ease traffic heading to Nov\u00e9 Roztyly, i.e. Ry\u0161av\u00e9ho Street. The extension of Tom\u00ed\u010dkova Street builds on the existing road between the T-Mobile and Roztyly Plaza buildings, which is owned by Passerinvest Group via its subsidiary Roztyly Plaza. Currently, this street is used solely for transport accessibility of the buildings and for bus transport. The Tom\u00ed\u010dkova Street extension project has received a final building permit and preparatory works for the extension have started. In addition to the road, the project includes new pavements and a cycle path, enhancing comfort and safety.<\/p>\n

Passerinvest Group is also continuing to maintain the park it has created, adjacent to the Kr\u010d Forest, which plays an irreplaceable role in the area as a key natural feature and recreational space. The company has invested in the park, creating sports facilities such as a running track, an outdoor gym, parkour features, an outdoor fitness zone and a disc golf course. The renovation has also included the installation of new benches and informational panels.<\/p>\n
