Carrying an annual yield of 6.85%, the bonds are set to mature at the end of 2029. This transaction reinforces PasserinvestT\u2019s strong reputation in the Czech capital market and demonstrates continued investor trust in the Group\u2019s projects and strategy. The issuance was supported by UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s., \u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna, a.s., and Komer\u010dn\u00ed banka, a.s., leading financial institutions that provided preparation and placement services for the bonds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe high demand for our bond issuance is a&nbsp;valuable signal of investor trust in our Group and its long-term direction.
