The Passerinvest Group’s Roztyly Plaza office building has been awarded the prestigious title of Building of the Year 2024 in the 32nd annual Building of the Year competition, organised by Nadace pro rozvoj architektury a stavitelstv\u00ed (Foundation for the Development of Architecture and Civil Engineering), winning the title for the purity of the architectural and structural design of the building and the urban concept of its location in\u00a0an area immediately adjacent to Kr\u010d Forest. According to the jury, the building is an example of modern administrative architecture that breaks down the stereotypical ideas the general public has about\u00a0office buildings as “glass-concrete abominations” that devour public space. The jury was also taken with the building’s affability, its well though-out shape, accessibility, and the interconnection of the space outside and inside the building.<\/p>\n
