The Roztyly Plaza<\/a> office building, situated right next to Roztyly station on metro line C, now offers two more services. The tenants in the building and the public can now use the newly opened Serpiente pharmacy and the Max Fitness Roztyly modern fitness centre with its sauna and solarium, covering an area of 1,200 m2<\/sup>. The final retail space will open early next year and will be occupied by the \u00a0renowned financial and advisory company Partners Financial Services.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>\u201cWe have tried to make sure that the Roztyly Plaza building brings services that have been lacking in the area and that, at the same time, what it offers suits the tenants, who are the ones who spend the most time here. We believe that thanks to the fitness centre and the pharmacy we have been successful in this,\u201d<\/em> says Eduard Forejt, director of business development at Passerinvest Group, and he adds: \u201cIn the newly opened Serpiente pharmacy people have access to a wide range of medicines, vitamins and health supplies, as well as professional advice, and thanks to the fitness centre with its sauna, solarium and massages, users have space for sports and relaxation.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Since spring, tenants in the building, local inhabitants as well as visitors to Roztyly have been able to use, for example, the Perfect Canteen by Filip Sajler, a modern canteen and caf\u00e9 that offers \u00e0 la carte breakfasts, snacks and lunches. At the beginning of next year the final vacant retail space will be occupied by a branch of the financial consultancy company, Partners Financial Services, which will provide advice on finance, banking services, mortgages, life insurance, pension savings, as well as other investment products. On the ground floor of the building, an authorised EcoFlow store specialising in battery stations, solar panels and smart home ecosystems also offers its products.<\/p>\n

The Roztyly Plaza office building is easy to get to thanks to its location right next to Roztyly station on metro line C.
