All the retail units located on the ground floor of the seven-storey building are now fully leased. Tenants, local residents, commuters transferring between the metro and buses, and visitors to Prague\u2019s Roztyly can now enjoy coffee, desserts, or hearty meals and specialities at the modern canteen and caf\u00e9 run by Filip Sajler\u2019s Perfect Canteen. Not only for those travelling longer distances, there is a&nbsp;specialised EcoFlow shop, the market leader in eco-friendly energy systems, offering portable energy sources, portable solar panels, portable wireless air conditioners, 3-in-1 travel fridges, and more. Health services are provided by a&nbsp;pharmacy located next to the main entrance and a&nbsp;modern fitness centre covering almost 1,200&nbsp;m\u00b2. Financial well-being is catered to by a&nbsp;financial consultancy centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI am very pleased that my colleagues have managed to lease the retail units so quickly and with such diversity. The development of this locality is our long-term goal, and providing the right mix of retail is a&nbsp;key factor for the success of the entire Nov\u00e9 Roztyly project. Everything conceptually aligns with the already developed active park, future office and residential buildings, as well as a&nbsp;nursery with a\u00a0clubhouse.
