In March, the Passerinvest Group completed the new Roztyly Plaza office building in Prague 11, right next to the Roztyly metro station. The project has thus newly expanded the Prague office market by 21,700 sqm of latest-generation offices, of which only half are currently available. The building offers 1600 m2<\/sup> of retail units on the ground floor. It will be occupied from April by a modern cafeteria with a caf\u00e9 named Perfect Canteen, a pharmacy and a shop specialising in drones, for example. In addition to easy transport accessibility, the project has a great advantage in its extensive connection with nature thanks to the close proximity of Kr\u010d Forest and the Nov\u00e9 Roztyly urban park. The studio Aul\u00edk Fi\u0161er architekti is behind the architectural design of Roztyly Plaza.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to be finalising another of our exclusive office projects. In the case of the Roztyly Plaza office building, our main priority was to build a concept that would offer not only modern offices, but also the maximum possible comfort that would make the working days as pleasant as possible for the tenants. The aim was <\/em>to combine an attractive working environment with complete functional facilities for life outside the office,\u201d <\/em>said Eduard Forejt, Director of Business Development in Passerinvest Group, a.s., adding, \u201cas part of the project preparation, we focused on the development of the building\u2019s civic amenities and the cultivation of the surrounding environment. The comfortable transport accessibility and arrangement of a sufficient number of parking spaces was also a basic condition. We wanted Roztyly Plaza not only to support the efficiency of the employees working in the building, but also to offer them a place to relax while promoting a healthy lifestyle. I believe that we have succeeded in implementing this <\/em>idea and that our future clients will appreciate this effort, and most importantly, will fall in love with Roztyly Plaza as much as we have.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n

The architecturally attractive and grandly conceived Roztyly Plaza building offers tenants a number of pleasant benefits. These include, for example, a rooftop terrace with greenery, a relaxation zone, Wi-Fi coverage and a\u00a0beautiful view of Prague and Kr\u010d Forest, a grand entrance atrium with\u00a0relaxation nooks and water elements, and a modern Filip Sajler \u2013 Perfect Canteen\u00a0cafeteria with a caf\u00e9. A high-quality and healthy working environment is ensured thanks to ionisation and deluxe ventilation. At the same time, the building’s equipment is prepared for the current and predicted increase of electromobility by the above-standard capacity of charging stations. An indisputable advantage of the project is its location\u00a0near Kr\u010d Forest and Nov\u00e9 Roztyly Park. They form an ideal place for teambuilding, picnics, relaxation, as well as various sports activities. For these purposes, the building also has a bicycle room with social facilities. The tenants also have a discounted membership at their disposal in the nearby exclusive wellness and fitness club Balance Club Brumlovka.<\/p>\n
