The BB Centrum office park is currently fully occupied, including the newest Building ALPHA. The last vacant premises that were available will go to STROM telecom company specialised in development and manufacturing of communications equipment, digital communications systems and information systems used by telephone services carriers. STROM telecom has leased 2,185-sqm office premises on levels 3 and 4 of Building ALPHA, together with 37 parking places. From April 2005 on, they will be next-door neighbours of Microsoft, Czech Puma Dassler, EDS, Salve Group, D.S.Leasing, Setuza, \u010cEZ, British Telecom, Huawei Technologies and the developer of the scheme, Passerinvest Group. <\/p>\n
More than 12,500-sqm office premises and 220 parking places are fully leased out in Building ALPHA.
