The foundation stone ceremony is an important landmark in the history of the building. Dark, grey-silver paragneiss MATRIX (from Brazil) whose face side is sandpapered and polished has been chosen for the foundation stone. On completion, it will be located in the reception area of the building. Construction work goes on day by day, and there is presently a construction pit which 157,000 cubic metres in volume and whose maximum depth is 27 metres near the \u010cEZ building. The building is scheduled for completion in summer 2010. <\/p>\n

Building FILADELFIE has been under construction for almost six months. It is circumscribed by \u017deletavská, U Pomníku and U Michelské školy streets. On completion, the building will provide even more considerable benefits to the office park. Aside from 30,000 square metres of top quality office space, there will be, first and foremost, a large public park, as well as new services in the shopping arcade such as a supermarket, a chemistry, a restaurant and a café.
