BB Centrum, dominating the area of Prague – Michle, has already attracted almost <\/strong>
forty domestic and foreign companies which have established their headquarters there. Moreover, approximately 10,000 vacancies have arisen. The history of this complex goes back to the period from 1992 to 1996, and – during the course of its existence – PASSERINVEST GROUP has been committed to developing an open and fair partnership with all the tenants, being responsive to their wishes and requirements ever since. <\/strong>
The most effective method for collecting information about the tenants’ requirements employs a satisfaction survey. Three surveys have been already conducted at BB Centrum (2001, 2004, 2008), and each of them has provided valuable suggestions leading to the further development of this complex. This form of communication is of great interest to people, as witnessed by the high level of participation in the recent survey – almost 2,000 respondents returned the questionnaire in 2008. The tenants\u00b4 priorities were identified and, as a result, a pharmacy and a post office have been opened; the range of caf\u00e9s, restaurants, shops and parking facilities has been extended; a shuttle service has been launched; communication has been improved within the complex (Catalogue of Shops and Services, BB Centrum Review); and a spectacular Baar Park, complete with a fountain and a small pool, has been created.<\/strong>
\u201cWe are grateful to every single individual for his or her opinion which can contribute to the further development of BB Centrum. We appreciate that people care about the future of the complex. In the past, the tenants came up with valuable suggestions which have been consequently implemented at BB Centrum. And I believe that several very interesting and useful suggestions will also come from this year’s survey\u201d said Radim Passer, Chairman of the Board of PASSERINVEST GROUP, in his comment on the survey.<\/strong>
The survey will be carried out between 4th and 15th June through a questionnaire. A link to the questionnaire will be communicated to all the employees by email, or it will be available on the Intranet of the company and the web pages of BB Centrum: www.bbcentrum.cz\/pruzkum.\u00a0 The particular sections of the questionnaire will cover, among other things, the themes of further improving the working environment, satisfaction with the selection and quality of services, and transport facilities. <\/strong>
The results of the survey will be published at the beginning of September and made available at www.bbcentrum.cz\/pruzkum.<\/strong>
